With nearly four years of teaching in Denver and over 700 hours of facilitation experience, Erica integrates fluid, creative movement with a diverse blend of practices. Drawing from Katonah Yoga ®, Vinyasa Yoga, breath work, and sound healing, she creates classes that are both grounding and transformative.
